Our mission is to train and hire Poughkeepsie residents who face physical, mental and societal barriers to employment through our inclusive, evidence-based training practices and workplace culture.

Earth, Wind & Fuego was founded in 2017 by Madeline and Jen, who share both collective visions for a just economy and a passion for healthy and delicious food. Learn more about our founders
